Download Rosebud  

Click here or on the image above to download and install Rosebud*. The Rosebud* installer will install the Rosebud client plug-in to Acrobat 6, 7 or 8 on Win and Mac depending on what you have installed. It installs to the highest version unless you specify otherwise.

The Rosebud* download should take less than 2 minutes on broadband. Of course, if you need Java installed that requires its own download time.

Adobe

Java

You require Java JRE 1.4.2 or greater to install and run Rosebud* and the Rosebud* installer will automatically try to install Java if you need it.

For Mac users, check to see if you need Apple's Java update for Panther. You may also wish to check out further Mac specific install instructions here.

Rosebud* supports Acrobat 6, 7 or 8, standard or Pro, for all WIN platforms and Mac OS X 10.2+ and 10.4 (Tiger).

Both Acrobat and Java must be installed before you download Rosebud*.

If you are behind a firewall you will need to insure that your proxy server and port are already set up on your browser to download Rosebud*. Check with your system administrator if you need help setting up the proxy server.

Post install

After Rosebud* downloads, the Rosebud* 'Install Wizard' will walk you through the install process and connect you to Rosebud's* public server; select any Rosebud* session that does not require a password (no lock icon) and you will be entered into that session.
